Le Corsaire, (The Pirate), occurs as ballet in 3 acts choreographed by Konstantin Sergeyev to music by Adolphe Adam , Cesare Pugni, Léo Delibes, Riccardo Drigo and Prince Oldenbourg. Synopsis
Prologue
the curtain opens for the audience to view a pirate sailing towards Turkey. On the ship, pirates may be seen, foremostly Conrad, Birbanto & Ali, Conrad's slave.
Act I: The Bazaar
the pirates reach a bazaar in Turkey, where Lankendem is selling girls, virtually all notably a beautiful Medora & Gulnare. Conrad lessens crazy at a sight of Medora, world health organization successively favors him. Nevertheless, Lankendem has plans to sell Medora & Gulnare to Seyd, world health organizatiin has upright appeared on stage. Seyd buys two girls & is off. Act II: The Grotto
At Conrad's forward den, a pirates rendezvous. That nighttime, when Seyd sleeps, beautiful girls, including Gulnare & Medorthe, dance inside a garden inside his dreams.
Scene iii: The Pasha's Palace
Conrad et al. arrive at a palace within disguise, waking a govenor. Another time in, a maurauders attack a pacha & his guards. When the residents flee, Medora list Birbanto a traitor & Conrad kills him. Conrad, Ali, Medora & Gulnare a lot escape to the pirate.
Scene iv: The Storm
Under way, a crusaders come stricken by a terrible storm & the ship is abandoned.
Epilogue
the lovers, Conrad & Medora lie together upon a big rock & their love lives.
